  Dieta de slabit cu mere are numeroase efecte benefice asupra intregului organism. Este o excelenta dieta de detoxifiere a organismului dar in acelasi timp si un mod simplu si sanatos de a scapa de kilogramele in plus.dieta de slabit cu mere
  Recomandate de nutritionisti in diferite diete de slabire, merele pot fi consumate atat crude cat si preparate in diferite retete. Se gasesc in toate anotimpurile si sunt rezonabile ca pret, au un continut bogat de fibre, minerale si vitamine, fapt pentru care merele nu ar trebui sa lipsesca din alimentatia noastra de zi cu zi. Aceste fructe fac parte din grupul de alimente cu calorii negative, adica acel tip de calorii care sunt arse foarte repede, de aceea marul este un foarte bun accelerator in procesul de slabire.

   – detoxifica organismul;
   – reduce colesterolul „rau’’ din sange
   – favorizeaza tranzitul intestinal;
   – regleaza digestia;
   – combate eficient constipatia
   – echilibreaza nivelul glicemiei;
   – fortifica imunitatea;

  Dieta de slabit cu mere – reguli de baza

   – consumati mere la gustarile dintre mese
   – stabiliti un meniu zilnic cu un continut de maxim 1200 calorii, bazat in special pe legume, branzeturi slabe, carne de peste sau de pui
   – feritiva de alimente precum: produse de patiserie, dulciuri, alimente tip fast food
   – se recomanda consumul de lichide, minimi 2 litri de apa pe zi

  Dieta de slabit cu mere – meniu pe 3 zile

Ziua I
   – la micul dejun consumati doua mere, o felie sunca slaba de curcan, o felie de paine integrala, cafea sau ceai fara indulcitor
   – la pranz, un mar, o salata de legume crude ( rosii, ardei, ceapa, etc.) fara ulei
   – la cina doua mere
Ziua II
   – la micul dejun doua mare, o felie de paine integrala unsa cu branza sau avocado, cafea sau ceai fara indulcitor
   – la pranz, un mar, o portie de brocoli preparata in aburi, peste la gratar
   – la cina doua mere
Ziua III
   – la micul dejun doua mare, o felie de paine integrala, un ou fiert, cafea sau ceai fara indulcitor
   – la pranz, un mar, carne de pui fiarta cu garnitura de legume sau orez
   – la cina doua mere

Atentie!

Nu urmati aceasta dieta daca suferiti de probleme la stomac. Consumul ridicat de mere poate cauza hiperaciditate gastrica.
